HERE COMES MEGATRON - Optimus Primal Actor Garry Chalk Plays And Sings For Christmas 2019

Garry Chalk, voice actor of Optimus Primal in the classic Beast Wars animated series, has posted a Christmas message to YouTube in the form of a song parody titled "Here Comes Megatron!" Uploaded by Candice Santora, the lyricist for the song, the video features Chalk both singing and playing the song on guitar.

"Fun fact," Santora writes, "While Garry is left-handed, he is accustomed to playing a right-handed guitar upside down without restringing it." Impressive!

The Beast Wars cast has long enjoyed a warm relationship with the fandom, with Chalk's Predacon counterpart David Kaye, the voice of Megatron, posting an in-character reading for Christmas for many years now. We at TFormers wish Chalk and Kaye, along with all the other voice actors and creators who've brought us so much enjoyment over the years, the best and happiest of holidays.
