Thundering their way across sand, ice, and rock, the Adventure Team continues the trend of vehicles never previously seen in any TFs line. Only when do we get the Farm Action Team?
DUNE RUNNER
Assault Buggy Mode: Dune Runner measures 5.5 cm(2.2") long, is mostly desert tan with green seats, chrome hubcaps, grey machine gun and roll cage, and some airbrushed brown dirtmarks, and bears a resemblance to the GI Joe Sand Razor(great toy, BTW). His faction symbol is on top of his turret and his Powerlinx socket is on his underside at the rear. The turret pivots in either direction and the rollbar flips up. Pressing down on Dune Runner and rolling him forwards causes the machine gun to traverse back and forth rapidly. The gimmick also works quite well when he's attached to Cyclonus.
Transformation: Flip out the robot legs, rotate the head, raise the arms.
Robot Mode: The Big Show of Mini-Cons, Dune Runner stands just under 6.5 cm(2.5") tall. His face is moulded to resemble some kind of gas mask, with a blue visor. He's articulated at the head, shoulders, hips, knees, and kneecaps, so perhaps it's best to keep one's legs together when confronting this guy.
Dune Runner is a pretty neat toy, and big for a Mini-Con. 8/10
ICEBERG
Snowcat Mode: About 5.5 cm long, red-orange with black and grey treads, a grey winch, silver windows and engine, and a serrated black plow blade, Iceberg is one of the most unique Mini-Cons to date. Mind, if you've ever been skiing or snowboarding, you're more than likely to have encountered one of these babies fairly regularly:

Iceberg's faction symbol is on his roof and his Powerlinx socket is on his underside. The winch is on a ball joint and even has a tiny hook moulded on
the end. Pressing down and rolling Iceberg forwards causes his spring-loaded blade to open and close slightly like the jaws of a beetle. Crunch, crunch. The gimmick works so-so on Cyclonus, but Iceberg's size requires that you move Cyc's legs out of the way. Besides, a chomping blade doesn't appear to serve much purpose on a gunship.
Transformation: Extend the legs, raise the arms, open up the driver's compartment and flip out the head.
Robot Mode: The Andre the Giant of Mini-Cons, Iceberg stands a whopping 6.5 cm(2.5") tall. Unlike the majority of Mini-Cons, he has a decidely normal
face with mouth, nose, and yellow eyes. His articulation consists of shoulders, waist, and hips.
Iceberg is my personal favourite of the trio. Nifty snowcat, bigass robot.
8/10
RANSACK
Pickup Mode: Ransack measures 5 cm(2") long and is primarily dark green with metallic silver windows, yellow headlights and rollbar lights, and grey bed liner. His faction symbol is on his hood and his Powerlinx socket is cleverly mounted in his spare tire. His front wheels are on a spring
suspension. His gimmick is a front-mounted red nylon winch line with a tiny grey hook on the end. The line extends up to 10 cm(4") and reels back in
when you press down on Ransack and roll him forwards or backwards. Unfortunately, once the winch is all reeled in, Ransack won't roll properly.
The gimmick doesn't work well on Cyclonus, and plus you have to move the big guys legs out of the way like with Iceberg.
Transformation: Flip out the legs and raise the arms.
Robot Mode: The runt of the trio, Ransack stands 6 cm(2.4") tall. His head is moulded into the underside of the truck and the shape of his green-yellow visor makes him look like he's feeling sad. He's articulated at the shoulders, hips, and knees.
Ransack is the weakest of the trio. 6.5/10
Overall, Susp Sez: The Adventure Team is pretty fun overall, especially with two totally unique, very cool vehicle modes. The gimmicks work fairly well
and the robot modes don't suffer overly from housing them. Worth looking into. 7.5/10
