Transformers Earthrise Deluxe Arcee And Quintesson Allicon New Product Information

Thanks to some listings on Amazon UK, we've learned a little more this weekend about upcoming Earthrise Deluxes Arcee, and Quintesson Allicon. These updates include some details about the complexity and what's included with each figure.

The Allicon is noted as changing to animal mode in 14 steps, and that it will have a lance as an accessory. Arcee meanwhile is listed with a 15 step transformation to "classic G1 sports car mode", and calls out specifically a removable piece referenced both as a trunk, and a backpack. The removal is said to give a more "stylish" look, with the removed part then able to be used as a hoverboard.

This appears to tell us that Earthrise Arcee will probably feature a vehicle shell backpack not unlike that found on the 2014 Generations Arcee - or even the just-announced Masterpiece version, but this can be taken off for a more cartoon accurate robot. Based on how the description presents this feature, it seems reasonable that the parts removal is optional, rather than required as part of transformation as it is with the back end of Cliffjumper's car mode.

There are no pictures to go with these listings yet. But Toy Fair is next weekend, and we may see these toy on display at Hasbro's fan media event in New York - or even sooner, since it's become standard practice to give a teaser preview to one or more major websites a few days early.

One other thing we can learn from these listings is that both of these figures should be in wave 2. The Amazon UK page gives us their product series codes, WFC-E17 for Arcee, and WFC-E19 for the Allicon. Wave 1 went up to WFC-E12 with the reship of Astrotrain. We can infer a similar structure for wave 2, with 2 each of Battlemaster and Micromaster packs covering WFC-E13 through WFC-E16, and Deluxes then running from WFC-E17 (Arcee) through WFC-E20, whose identity is currently uncertain.

On Amazon Canada, early product listings for Voyager Snapdragon and Leader Doubledealer both carry a ship date of July 1 - the same date that's indicated for Arcee. That would indicate Snapdragon as either WFC-E21 or E22, and Doubledealer as WFC-E23. Most likely Doubledealer will ship in a case with a repack of Earthrise Optimus, leaving WFC-E24 to either be Commander Class Sky Lynx, or the first Battlemaster of wave 3.

By determining these toys as being wave 2, we can realistically expect to see any or all of them displayed at Toy Fair next weekend along with other sure bets like Scorponok and Sky Lynx. So we haven't got long at all to wait for visuals even if Amazon doesn't have any for us yet!

Looking forward to seeing all of wave 2. I was excited the most about Scorponok at first till I heard about Sky Lynx. Hoping too that Allicon is not a big disappointment like that Cyberverse Quintesson.
